การสร้างค่านิยมหลักของคนไทย ตามนโยบายของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์ประเทศไทยให้เข้มแข็ง โดยต้องสร้างคนในชาติ ให้มีค่านิยมไทย 12 ประการ“ค่านิยม 12 ประการ” เป็นค่านิยมที่นายกรัฐมนตรี พล อ. ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ได้มอบให้กับคนไทย โดยเป็นการนำค่านิยมที่ดีที่คนไทยล้วนชื่นชมมาช้านาน รวมทั้งพระราชดำริสอนใจที่สำคัญ มารวบรวมและเรียบเรียงให้จำง่าย เพื่อนำไปปฏิบัติเป็นกิจวัตร เป็นการสร้างมาตรฐานที่ดีในสังคมไทย คณะสารสนเทศศาสตร์ วิทยาลัยนครราชสีมา จึงได้มีโครงการกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร เพื่อพัฒนาแอปลิเคชัน “ค่านิยม12ประการ” มีการออกแบบและจัดทำให้มีภาพและคำอธิบายคำนิยามของค่านิยม 12 ประการ
