Women Safety has always been a major concern for everyone.Today’s women are well educated, self-dependent and have equal status to men in society however when we talk about women safety, the topic has always been alarming.

Looking at the scenario of sexual crimes, robbery etc. against women there raises extreme need of safety measures for women.
“Precaution is better than cure” So let us take a step to be precautious and put a fight against crime.
“Be Safe” app is must download app for all the women who deserve safety. Be Safe allows you to save 4 contacts you may want to alert in case of emergency. Whenever you feel you are in danger, just press the SOS button and it will send SMS to your contacts with your current location. It also provides the facility to send SMS to the emergency contacts by pressing the power button twice or volume button or just by shaking your phone. It also has other features along with safety tips.
The application is a step taken to make women feel safe and help them in emergency situations.

Be Safe-The Women Safety App Permissions
Read phone status and identity - allows the app to access the phone features of the device. this permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device ids, whether a call is active, and the remote number connected by a callApproximate location (network-based) - allows the app to get your approximate location. this location is derived by location services using network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine approximately where you are
