Applicazione dedicata ai possessori di contratti CONSIP o Pubblica Amministrazione (PA), dove per chiamare i propri numeri personali in rubrica, bisogna aggiungere un prefisso specifico (che varia a seconda dell'operatore impiegato).L'applicazione consente di chiamare i propri numeri personali aggiungendo il prefisso operatore in automatico, inoltre abbrevia il messaggio operatore.
Possibilità di usare la tastiera per chiamare con il prefisso, anche numeri non presenti in rubrica.
