1.2.1:Set targetSDK to 8, forcing compatibility mode on newer devices enabling the "Fix Existing Photos" option menu entry.

Fixed 12 hour format issue. Please re-run the fix for existing photos.
Application is no longer checking for Acer broken timestamp and will compare EXIF date to the file name - may be used with other devices now.
