MEDITAZIONE OVUNQUE
Una volta che avrai effettuato la registrazione (anche tramite l’account Facebook), l’app ti chiederà il luogo in cui ti trovi. In base alla situazione, avrai a disposizione una serie di esercizi da poter svolgere, potrai vedere i dettagli di ogni pratica che, una volta scelta, farà partire il conto alla rovescia. La giusta tempistica è essenziale alla buona riuscita della meditazione e spesso troverai allegati audio che aiuteranno la concentrazione.
UN PROFILO PERSONALIZZATO
Il tuo profilo è unico e personale. Ogni volta che effettuerai l’accesso a Zen in the city troverai l’elenco degli esercizi fatti, i risultati ottenuti, i tuoi commenti e i preferiti. Al termine di ogni pratica avrai a tua disposizione un veloce questionario che misurerà il tuo gradimento e l’effettiva riuscita del momento zen.

Read the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to read the contents of your usb storage
Modify or delete the contents of your usb storage - allows the app to write to the usb storage
View network connections - allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected
