What's new in Screen Lock Timer Delay 1.0.4
This app is created for those who want to have a short duration set for their screen lock, but at times may want to delay that screen lock time without having to change their settings and possibly forgetting to change them back! For example, you may be using a map navigation tool which will require you to turn the screen on once in a while, but it would be a real pain to have to enter your password every time.Please note that if you have installed other apps that also temporarily unlock your screen (without the timer feature that this app has), you will need to uninstall those for this app to work properly.
These are the states of the widget:
1) Locked - your screen will lock according to the android settings.
2) X minutes until lock - your screen will lock after X minutes have passed.
Please note that this app may not work on all phones.
Screen Lock Timer Delay Permissions
Disable your screen lock - allows the app to disable the keylock and any associated password security. for example, the phone disables the keylock when receiving an incoming phone call, then re-enables the keylock when the call is finishedPrevent device from sleeping - allows the app to prevent the device from going to sleep
View network connections - allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connected
Full network access - allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. the browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet
